Balanced Scorecard

The Framework for Sustaining Success Process is designed to build in accountability and to sustain the process of setting and achieving significant organizational goals. Quarterly Strategic Planning and Goalsetting Conferences assess progress toward long and short-term goals, as well as provide a forum to update both team and personal goals. Through this process, the plan becomes dynamic and not a static document only used for reference purposes.

The outcomes we seek through the Framework for Sustaining Success Process are to:

  • Use early goal accomplish­ments to change systems, structures and/or policies that may be undermining vision.

  • Refresher courses at 3 and 9 months for program participants.

  • Annual strategic planning and goalsetting, in more detail than done on a quarterly basis.

An option during this phase is the implementation of MBC Software, a total performance measurement system to measure behavior change and progress toward accomplishing organizational goals and objectives.  This program allows for benefits such as:
