During the Foundation for Success Process, specific developmental activities necessary to ensure that both people and process are linked to the organizational strategy and direction outlined in the Design for Success Mapping Process. The Foundation for Success Process is flexible, on-going, in-depth — and is designed to bring about sustainable changes rather than ‘quick fixes’.
People. Activities are undertaken to ensure your people acquire knowledge, build skills, align attitudes and enhance behaviors that lead to positive, sustainable outcomes. The process is initiated through one of nine customized programs designed to further develop team members at all levels, and drive the implementation of their predetermined shared goals and strategic initiatives. These programs are carried out over a 2 to 6-month period, based on the particular program content and the availability and time commitments of the participants. Additionally, each participant’s goals established in this segment are tied into the top corporate goals and strategic initiatives identified during the Design for Success Mapping Process.
Along with targeted skill building lessons, every development process is designed to change behaviors in a way that produces improved results. Our goal setting and productivity methodologies are used in every process and are designed so that participants emerge with specific and measurable goals set around your organizational objectives and a plan of action to reach those goals. Instead of training and development being a cost, it becomes the driving force behind the implementation of your plan with measurable, significant and predictable results. This is also the key to creating a results-based, goal oriented culture focused on what matters most to your organization.
Where absolute superiority is not attainable, you must produce a relative one at the decisive point by making skillful use of what you have.

Process. Process in this context refers to the ‘hard’ issues of operational performance that have a direct impact on costs, efficiency and levels of service. Particular attention must be paid to work flow, asset restrictions or other procedures that limit the ability of the organization to deliver on its operational commitments based on the new strategy. Confronting this reality early in the process and exploring options greatly enhances the probability of stakeholder buy-in.
The outcomes we seek through the Foundation for Success Process are to:
Ensure organizational strategy, values and goals are effectively communicated.
Implement The Strategic Plan of Action.
Affirm that the right people are in the right role, with proper training.
